Service
Engagement
By booking a shipment with IGL, the Client agrees to the following operational parameters regarding fleet deployment and documentation.
Deployment Guarantee
Mobilization of associate fleet (up to 1,500 trucks) occurs within 36 hours of a confirmed booking.
Cargo Declaration
Client must provide accurate HS Codes, weight, and volumetric dimensions. Discrepancies may lead to re-pricing.
Paperless Workflow
Digital signatures and cryptographically hashed documents are considered legally binding for all logistics contracts.
Liability &
Claims Protocol
IGL maintains comprehensive carrier liability insurance. All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Demurrage
